How to prepare yourself for a Mammogram?
- Avoid wearing deodorant, body spray or lotion.
- Dress in a separate top and pants.
- Avoid caffeine-containing foods and beverages.
- Have your previous records or films with you.
- Warn X-ray technicians if you may be pregnant.
- Arrange a Mammogram 7 days after your period.
